Free companions for the journey through each World
Every journey benefits from a map.
This map is not intended to tell you where to go. It is here to help you understand the landscape we each arrived into when we “became” human.
Life is not experienced in a straight line. We move between different environments, relationships, challenges, opportunities, and stages of development – in spirals. At times we are focused on the practical realities of everyday life. At other times we are learning through our relationships, exploring our inner world, or navigating periods of uncertainty and change. None of these experiences exists in isolation. They continually influence one another and the “seven” bodies we inhabit. 1. Physical 2. Aether 3. Astral 4. Mental 5. Casual 6. Buddahic 7. Atmic
This ecosystem has been designed to reflect the reality of the landscape our bodies’ operate and play within.
At the centre are the Four Worlds—the primary environments through which we experience life. Moving through these worlds are a series of developmental pathways that represent different aspects of becoming. Each pathway invites a different kind of learning, while remaining connected to the whole.

Along the way you will discover books, essays, learning systems, maps, practices, journals, and other resources. These are not presented as a sequence to complete, but as companions that support different stages of your journey.
You will also notice areas of the map that have not yet been explored. These represent work that is still unfolding. Just as our lives continue to evolve, so too will this landscape. New pathways, resources, and environments will continue to emerge over time.
There is no correct place to begin.
Take a moment to look around. Notice what draws your attention. Follow your curiosity.
The map is always here when you need to find your bearings again.
The four primary environments through which we experience and understand life.
Your relationship with yourself and the life you are living.
Your relationships, community, and connection with others.
The unseen patterns, fears, wounds, and transformations that shape growth.
Meaning, imagination, reflection, purpose, and the relationship you cultivate within.

Running through each of the Four Worlds are a series of developmental pathways. These pathways describe the different kinds of learning we encounter throughout life.
Supporting every pathway are three companions that are always active in our lives:
Together they are shaped by the one ability that belongs uniquely to each of us:
Free will.
How we choose to participate in the playing field is always our own.
Begin your journey to wholeness, coherence, and coming home to yourself
